Conducting monthly targeted site visits – IHB & Small Projects
Provide support in conducting technical activities for stakeholders – Masons, Consumers, Builders, Petty Contractors, Engineers, and other sponsored activities to create brand awareness
Conduct dealer visits to maintain relationships and get new leads
Onsite demonstration – Testing of cement, concrete and aggregates
Maintain all equipment in Mobil Van in working condition and calibration of the instruments
Conduct Market storming activities as & when required for new and untapped markets.
Participate in new initiatives to pull demand for sale of premium cement
Updation of database, preparation and submission of relevant MIS & Reports
Ensure conversion of non-Birla A1 sites (80% of the total sites) upto 20%
Conduct counter meets with dealers and share good construction practices with masons
