The mentorship, hands-on training, and strong culture of empathy have helped me grow from a trainee to a mentor. It’s not just the work environment but the entire community here that makes it special. Our colony feels like an extended family where I have found joy and fulfillment along with my family, supporting each other and sharing life’s moments together.
