Sales Officer is responsible for achievement of agreed sales target/objectives for the defined territory which are given by SO’s direct manager / company
Achievement of targets – both Customer Mix & Product Mix
Responsible for all commercial transactions with the customers
Responsible for achieving all network related targets as assigned for the territory (network expansion, revival of inactive outlets, product placement etc.)
Responsible for business development i.e. - new customer addition, outlet development & customer engagement
Close coordination with logistics and depots for ensuring agreed service level
Provide information on competitors’ activities (Price change, promotions, new products, new dealers/outlets opening, new initiatives, any issue in the market)
Demand Generation activities
Collaborating with the Marketing team for Branding and Technical Service activities.
