Accountabilities (Key Responsibilities)

• Responsible for shift maintenance activities, observation & compliance, round inspection, shift tools & tackles in grinding unit.
• Detailed & routine round to inspection of all equipment’s in line 01, line 02 cement mills, packing plant, wagon tippler, railway siding and fly ash unloading area.
• Trouble shooting general operation related problems in shifts, reporting key observations of various parameters of critical equipment’s to concerned peoples. Shift operational maintenance of cement mill (RP, Ball Mill, elevator, separator etc.), material transportation system, elevators, tippler, Packer, truck/wagon loading machine, fans, blowers etc.
• Ensuring maximum running hours of cement mills and minimum demurrage in loading of cement rakes & unloading of clinker rakes.
• Ensuring safety of workmen, maximum utilization of shift manpower, working effectively and cordially with process department and keeping track record of shift jobs and general shift attendance. Ensure workplace safety in all respect. After shift reporting the shift work & observation to all concerns.
